- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.
- If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
- Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 4-8 days for processing.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
